From the mountains of Japan and Taiwan to the tea gardens of South Korea, we bring together teas we have discovered through our own journeys and encounters with producers.
Come taste, explore, ask questions and perhaps leave with a new favorite tea and a story to tell.

Products at the festival

We offer a carefully curated selection of single-origin teas from Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, from Japanese green teas and Taiwanese oolongs to Korean green, yellow and black teas.
Our collection also includes traditional Korean herbal infusions, naturally caffeine-free.
Each tea is selected for its distinctive character and the story it carries, offering a taste of the places, traditions and people behind it.

Our mission

Thestimony began with a simple feeling: some of the most memorable parts of our journeys were found around a cup of tea.

As we travelled through Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, our curiosity about tea took us beyond the cup. We discovered remarkable teas, but also the people who grow them, craft them and carry their traditions forward. We wanted to share these encounters and make it possible for others to experience a little of those journeys too.

That is why we created Thestimony.

Our mission is to bring people closer to tea, not only through taste, but through the stories, places, cultures and people behind every cup.

Because for us, tea is never just tea.

As we travelled through Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, our curiosity about tea took us beyond the cup. We discovered remarkable teas, but also the people who grow them, craft them and carry their traditions forward. The more we discovered, the more we wanted to share.
Today, we bring together a carefully curated selection of single-origin teas from Japan, Taiwan and South Korea, from Japanese green teas and Taiwanese high mountain oolongs to Korean green, yellow and black teas, alongside traditional Korean herbal infusions.
