Our mission is to carry this legacy forward by transforming tea through innovation—using advanced techniques to create ultra-fine powders that seamlessly integrate into modern creations such as lattes, milkshakes, ice cream, and even savory applications like popcorn. In this way, tea moves beyond the cup and becomes part of contemporary lifestyle experiences.

About the brand

Aroma to smell, tea to taste, stories to feel.
With over a century of tea craftsmanship, Dancing Tea is rooted in the legacy of the Yeh family — Taiwan’s pioneering tea growers since 1866, and among the first to cultivate tea in Wuhe, Hualien.
In 1973, Mr. Yeh Fa-Shan relocated from Longtan to Wuhe, establishing the region’s first tea farm. His unwavering dedication to natural and organic farming reshaped the local tea culture and inspired a new generation of growers.

Persistence is never easy — but it’s a difference you can taste.
Today, Dancing Tea continues this tradition through organically grown Jin Xuan, White Peony, Red Jade (TTES 18), and large-leaf oolong, nurtured in harmony with wildflowers and untouched soil. Every leaf reflects a story of coexistence with nature, certified by MOA, and crafted to preserve aroma, purity, and heart.
